QUICK TLDR GUIDE

• Split the raid into two teams with one tank, half of your healers, and half of the dps.
• These teams will go left or right when  Flood of the Firelands spawns.
•  Flood of the Firelands must hit at least 4 players. If it does not, the room will fill with lava.
• The melee hitbox on this encounter is very large. Melee DPS do not need to stand on the edge of the platform.
• Tanks: Swap when  Cataclysm Jaws is cast. Ensure you have 0 stacks of  Molten Venom.
• Tanks: You can either swap on the cast (but take more damage from  Molten Venom) or swap ~25 seconds before  Cataclysm Jaws and then taunt for the Jaws cast.
• Tanks: Make sure you are in range of the boss to be attacked. If no player is in range, Volcoross will cast  Combusting Rage.
• Avoid  Scorchtail Crash. This will spawn a shadow on the ground before it hits. Move out of the shadow.
• Heroic: After the tail hits the ground,  Tidal Blaze's will fire from the impact point. Avoid these.
• Avoid players with  Coiling Flames. This will deal more damage the smaller it is.
• Healers: Focus on players with  Coiling Flames as they will take increasing amounts of damage.
•  Flood of the Firelands will knock you away from the center of the area. Ensure you get knocked in a safe area.
